ZAYA Community Guidelines

ZAYA is a private community built on trust, respect, and shared responsibility. These guidelines exist to protect members and preserve the integrity of the platform.

By using ZAYA, you agree to follow both the letter and the spirit of these guidelines.

Be Respectful
- Treat all members with dignity and respect
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, or intimidation
- No unwanted sexual attention or advances
- Respect boundaries — online and offline

Disagreement is allowed. Disrespect is not.

Be Honest
- Represent yourself truthfully
- Do not misrepresent identity, intentions, or listings
- No scams, fraud, or deceptive practices

Trust depends on honesty.

Protect Privacy
- Do not share another member’s personal information without consent
- Do not record, screenshot, or distribute private conversations
- Respect location and visibility settings

What happens in ZAYA stays in ZAYA — unless someone is at risk.

Use the Platform as Intended
ZAYA is not:
- A dating app
- A marketplace for unrelated commercial services
- A forum for political organizing or extremist content

Content or behavior that undermines the purpose of the platform may be removed.

Safety First
- Report concerning behavior promptly
- Do not ignore red flags
- Use your judgment when meeting others or traveling
- If you ever feel unsafe, prioritize your well-being over politeness.

Enforcement
Violations may result in:
- Content removal
- Feature restrictions
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent removal from the platform

No refunds will be provided for members who commit violations and are restricted, suspended or banned from the platform.

ZAYA reserves the right to act to protect the community, even when behavior is not illegal.

Gender & Membership Integrity
ZAYA is a platform designed for women and those who genuinely identify with women’s spaces, women’s travel, and the lived experience of moving through the world as a woman.

We recognize and respect self-identification. ZAYA does not exist to police gender, interrogate identities, or require members to justify who they are. If you identify as a woman (explicitly regardless of assigned sex at birth) and engage with the platform in good faith, you are welcome here.

At the same time, ZAYA is a safety-centered community. Membership is granted on the expectation of honesty, respect, and alignment with the purpose of the platform.

Bad-faith participation is not tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Misrepresenting identity or intent to gain access to women’s spaces
- Using the platform for predatory, deceptive, or exploitative purposes
- Harassing, intimidating, or testing boundaries of other members
- Treating ZAYA as a loophole rather than a community

Accounts found to be acting in bad faith, misrepresenting themselves, or undermining the safety and trust of the community may be removed immediately, with or without prior warning.

ZAYA reserves the right to protect its members and the integrity of women-centered space. This is not about exclusion — it is about care, trust, and shared responsibility.

If you identify as a woman and are here to connect, travel, be inspired and participate with respect, you belong here and we welcome you.

If you are here to exploit access or erode safety, regardless of your gender, you do not belong on ZAYA.

A Shared Culture
ZAYA works because members care about one another. We ask every member to help build a space that feels:
- Welcoming
- Grounded
- Supportive
- Safe to participate in

This is not just a platform. It’s a society.
